Rates are estimates (* none published) — compare with your real contract rates.
Good to know
- Rates are negotiated: chains and exclusive partners pay less.
- From 2026, exclusivity with an app is limited to 12 months (Ministerial Decision 32/2026).
- Fixed per-order fees can make a low % expensive — use the fixed-fee field.
- Payouts come later: Talabat every two weeks (first after 45 days), Deliveroo and Careem weekly.
- Figures as of September 2026; the market is in a discount war — terms change often.
How to use it
- Pick the app and enter your contract's commission (the default is an estimate).
- Enter the order value, food and packaging cost, and any running discount.
- See the net per order and profit, and the comparison between apps.
Questions
Are the rates official?
No. No UAE app publishes a standard commission — defaults are press-reported estimates (Talabat 15–30%, Deliveroo 25–35%, noon about 15%); Keeta, Smiles and Careem have none published. Enter your contract's rate.
What's the Dubai rule?
Since September 2025 in Dubai, commission must be charged on the order after discount, excluding VAT and payment fees, and marketing fees are optional. Outside Dubai, check your contract.
Is VAT on commission a loss?
If you're VAT-registered you reclaim the 5% on commission — it affects cash flow, not profit. If not registered, it's a real cost and the tool counts it.
