How to use it
- Type the shop name and tax number (if any), and add your items with names and prices.
- At the sale: tap items, adjust quantities, choose cash or card, and press «Sell» — the receipt appears.
- Print on a Bluetooth printer or share the receipt as an image, and at day's end download the sales as Excel.
Questions
Which printers work?
Thermal receipt printers (58 or 80 mm) with Bluetooth and the ESC/POS protocol, through Web Bluetooth in Chrome on Android or desktop. On iPhone Web Bluetooth isn't available, so use «share receipt image» or a Wi-Fi printer through its app. Arabic is printed as an image so it comes out right on every printer.
Tax invoice?
If you have a tax number, the receipt prints as a «simplified tax invoice»: shop name and tax number, date, items, 5% VAT and total — what the Federal Tax Authority requires for a simplified invoice. For full invoices to companies use the invoice tool.
Where are sales kept?
On your phone (installs as an app, works offline), and you download the day's or month's report as Excel. Nothing is sent to us. Use the backup button.
Barcode support?
Yes on Android: the scan button opens the camera and adds the item if its barcode is in the list.
