Stocktake by camera
Count your shop or store without a system or a scanner: the phone reads the barcode, you type the count (or every scan adds one), and when you're done you download an Excel file with every item, its count and time. Start from your item list (barcode and name) so names appear by themselves, and compare the count with the book balance.

How to use it
- Optional: upload your item list (barcode, name and book balance columns) so names appear and variances are calculated.
- Press «Scan» and point the camera at the barcode: each scan adds one, or type the item's total.
- Download the stocktake as Excel: barcode, name, count, book balance, variance and time.
Questions
Which barcodes does it read?
EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC, Code 128 and QR through Chrome's built-in barcode reader (Android and desktop). On iPhone the reader isn't available in the browser, so type the number or use Android.
Some items have no barcode?
Type the item's name and count by hand. You can print barcode labels from the price-label tool later.
How do I see the variance?
If you upload a file with the book balance, a «Variance» column shows actual − book, coloured for shortages and surpluses.
Where is the data?
On your phone (the app installs and works offline). Nothing goes to any server.
