A warranty card your shop prints
Your shop's name and logo, the product and its serial number, the warranty period and terms — and you get a warranty card in Arabic and English with the expiry worked out, to print on A5 or two per A4 and hand over with the invoice.
Your file never leaves your device — everything runs in your browser
How to use it
- Type the shop's details once (kept on your device) and edit the terms if you like.
- For each sale: product, serial number, purchase date and warranty period — the expiry is worked out.
- Print the card and hand it over with the invoice; keep a copy or a photo.
Questions
Shop warranty vs manufacturer warranty?
The manufacturer's warranty comes from the maker or its agent; a shop warranty is your own commitment with a period and terms you set. This card is for the latter, and can mention that the product also carries an agent warranty.
Do I have to give a warranty?
The consumer protection law obliges suppliers to guarantee that goods conform and to repair or replace them during the warranty period, and to make the terms clear. A written card protects both you and the customer.
Can I exclude things?
Yes, as long as they are written and clear before the sale: misuse, breakage, water, opening the device elsewhere. Vague exclusions, or ones that contradict the law, don't hold.
Where is the data kept?
Your shop details and the last card stay in your browser on this device. Nothing is sent.
