How to use it
- Add the worker: name, job, start date, wage and payday.
- Each month tap «Paid» — any month unpaid for more than 10 days is flagged.
- Log annual and sick leave, and any ticket home.
- Add payday, contract end and visa expiry to your calendar.
Questions
How much annual leave?
At least 30 paid days a year, and 2 days per month when service is over 6 months but under a year. A return ticket every two years if the leave is spent at home (Art. 10).
When is a wage late?
The law requires the wage to be paid within 10 days of its due date (Art. 15).
Why no end-of-service gratuity?
Article 22 leaves its calculation to the Cabinet, and we found no published decision. «14 days per year» came from the repealed earlier law. Use the Ministry of Human Resources' official calculator — linked under «Dues».
