Lost? Contact the owner
Your keys, wallet, laptop bag, the cat's collar, a child's school bag: print a small QR sticker, and whoever finds it scans it with their phone camera and sees «these belong to so-and-so — tap to contact»: a WhatsApp button with a ready message and a reward if you like. No app for the finder, no account, and the details live inside the link itself — nothing is stored with us.
Your file never leaves your device — everything runs in your browser
How to use it
- Type your name (or a nickname), your WhatsApp number and a short message, plus a reward if you like.
- Preview the «found it» page as the finder will see it, and print the sticker sheet (large, medium, small for keys).
- Stick it on with clear tape or print on sticker paper — done.
Questions
Is my number visible?
The number is hidden on the finder's page and appears only when they tap «message the owner on WhatsApp» (WhatsApp opens with the number and the ready message). The page tells the finder the number shows only on tap, and you can use a nickname instead of your full name.
Where are the details stored?
Inside the link the QR carries (compressed); there's no database and no account. If you change your number, print a new sticker.
Works on any phone?
Any phone camera that reads QR codes and opens the link in the browser — no app. The finder needs WhatsApp to message, or can call if you allow showing the number for calls.
For children and schools?
Yes: on a child's bag or water bottle with a nickname and a parent's number; and on pet collars with «needs medication» or any note.
