Are the intervals required?
No — they're common defaults you can change. The appliance's manual or the company is the reference, and some homes need more (pets, dust, an older house).
Why clean the AC filter monthly?
In the UAE the AC runs most of the year and filters fill with dust quickly. Cleaning them saves electricity and keeps the air better.
Where is the data kept?
On your phone only, and you can back it up.
