Home inventory
If there's a fire, a theft or a flood, the insurer asks: «what did you have?» — and nobody remembers. Photograph each room in one or two shots and get an inventory of furniture, appliances and electronics with a description, quantity and an estimated replacement value in AED, room by room, then download it as Excel and keep it with the policy. Also handy for renting out furnished or handing over to a tenant.

How to use it
- Choose the room and photograph it from two angles (everything visible).
- Review the list: edit descriptions, quantities or values, and add what didn't show.
- Repeat for every room, download Excel and keep it with the insurance policy or the tenancy contract.
Questions
Where do the values come from?
An estimate of the price of a similar new item in the UAE (a low–high band), not a certified valuation. For insurance attach receipts if you have them; the inventory helps you remember and prove existence with the photos you keep.
Are photos uploaded?
The photo goes to the model to be read and the list comes back; it isn't stored with us. The list itself stays on your phone (with a backup you download).
Does it see inside wardrobes?
No; it lists what's visible. Open wardrobes and photograph inside to list clothes and belongings, or add items by hand.
For a tenant handover?
Yes: the dated inventory works as an annex to a furnished tenancy contract and for comparison at handover.
