Move-in inspection
The day you get the keys to the new flat or villa: walk room by room, mark every defect and photograph it, read the meters — and get a move-in report with dated photos for the landlord or developer to sign. On move-out two years later, this report is what gets your deposit back. For a new villa: a snag list for the contractor.
Photos and the report stay on your phone only
How to use it
- Type the property details and pick the type: rental (move-in or move-out) or a new villa from the developer.
- Go through the list room by room: each item's condition, a note, and a photo of every defect (the date is printed on it). Record electricity and water readings and the number of keys.
- Print the report or save it as PDF and have the other party sign a copy. At move-out, inspect again and compare.
Questions
Why does a tenant need this?
Because at move-out the landlord deducts from the deposit any damage you can't prove was already there. A signed report with dated photos from move-in day closes that door, and written records carry weight in disputes.
Is the photo date real?
We print the date and time on the photo itself when it is taken and keep it with the record. For stronger proof, email the report to the landlord the same day so it carries an independent timestamp.
What is the snag list for a new villa?
The handover walk-through with the developer: every defect with its location, description and photo (cracks, tiles, doors, fittings), handed over for repair within the defects-liability period. The same report serves.
Is anything uploaded?
No. Photos and lists stay on your phone (it installs as an app and works offline); the backup is a file you download yourself.
