Questions

Are the fees certain?

They are what the official pages published on 19 October 2026. Where a page gives no amount we say «not published». Check the page before paying.

In Dubai, do I open a DEWA account myself?

No — registering Ejari creates the DEWA account and you get a message to pay the deposit: AED 2,000 for a flat, AED 4,000 for a villa.

When do I update my address?

ICP asks for changes in your details within a month, through its «Data Update» service.
