My papers
Photograph Emirates IDs, passports, birth and marriage certificates and diplomas; each is cropped and straightened like a scanner and kept on your phone for every family member. Open them offline at any counter, send them as photos or a PDF, and get reminded before anything expires.
Photos stay on your phone and it works offline — nothing is uploaded

Questions
Are the photos uploaded?
No. Capturing, cropping and saving all happen on your phone, and the page works offline. If you lose the phone they go with it — so keep a backup somewhere safe.
Does the PIN protect the photos?
It stops someone holding your phone from opening the page, but it isn't encryption. Your phone's own lock is the real protection.
Can I send them to a government portal?
Yes — «PDF» puts each page on an A4 sheet, and most portals accept PDF or JPG.
