Questions
How accurate is it in Arabic?
On clear printed text it is very accurate (under 1% character errors in our tests). Handwriting and dark or strongly tilted photos lower it.
Does it read handwriting?
Not well — it is made for printed text: letters, invoices, books, certificates.
Is my file uploaded?
No. Reading happens in your browser (Tesseract); the Arabic language model is downloaded once.
