Questions
Why 1:16?
It's the classic V60 starting point (1 g coffee per 16 g water). Stronger? Try 1:15; lighter, 1:17.
Weigh or measure water?
Weigh if you can: 1 g water ≈ 1 ml, so the numbers work either way.
Arabic coffee?
A rough ratio (about 1:20) with cardamom about 15% of the coffee weight — every home differs, adjust to taste.
