Does my insurance cover it?
Before you see the doctor and get surprised by the bill: photograph the table of benefits or the policy (health, car or home) and type your question — «does it cover braces?», «a caesarean?», «how many physio sessions?», «is that hospital in the network?» — and get the answer: covered / not covered / partly / the document doesn't say, with the conditions (pre-approval, waiting period, limit, co-payment), the lines it relied on, and what to do next.
How to use it
- Photograph the table of benefits pages (up to 6 photos) or paste the policy text.
- Type your question clearly: the treatment, condition or hospital.
- Read the answer, the conditions and the quotes, and call the number on your card to confirm.
Questions
Can I trust the answer?
It's based only on the document you photographed, and it quotes the lines it relied on so you can check yourself. If the document doesn't mention it, it says «the document doesn't say» rather than guess. The final decision is the insurer's — call before major treatment.
Which documents?
The table of benefits, the policy summary, the network list, a car or home policy. Clearest are the table pages with limits and percentages.
Is the document uploaded?
The photos go to the model to read and answer, and aren't stored with us. 15 questions per device per day.
For cars too?
Yes: «does it cover a replacement car?», «glass?», «accidents outside the country?» — the same way.
