Workout counter
Stand your phone on the floor or a table and train in front of it: the camera counts squats, push-ups and jumping jacks, times your plank, and warns you if your back isn't straight or you didn't go low enough. A daily 10-minute workout in three levels and a streak keep you going.
The camera is analysed on your phone — no video or image ever leaves it

How to use it
- Choose «Today's workout» and a level, or a single exercise.
- Lean the phone on the floor and step back until your whole body shows.
- Tap «Start» and train — each rep beeps and the next exercise starts by itself.
- Finish every day to grow your streak.
Questions
Does the camera record or send anything?
No. The motion model runs inside your browser on your phone; no video is recorded or sent.
How does it count?
It finds your joints and measures angles: the knee for squats, the elbow for push-ups, hand height and foot spread for jacks. Your whole body needs to be in view.
Is it for everyone?
General body-weight exercises. If you have an injury or a health condition, check with your doctor first, and stop if it hurts.
