Questions
What are the Emirates ID photo specs?
Per ICP: 3.5×4.5 cm, white background, recent and in colour, face straight with a neutral expression, no sunglasses or hats; medical glasses allowed if they don't cover the eyes (ICAO standards).
Is my photo uploaded?
No. Background removal and cropping run in your browser. The model (about 7 MB) downloads once and stays on your device.
The portal says the file is too large?
Choose a size cap such as 240 KB and we compress without changing the dimensions.
Is acceptance guaranteed?
The tool sets size, background and face position; final acceptance is the authority's. Use even lighting without shadows.
