Request a signature
Upload the contract or agreement and get a link to send the other party on WhatsApp: they open it on their phone, draw their signature, place it, and you get the signed copy with a signing record page. No accounts, no apps.
You get an email when they sign. We send nothing to the other party.
The file and the signed copy are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Anyone with this link can sign, so send it only to them.
Keep it: it shows whether they've signed and gives you the signed copy. Also saved under «Your requests» on this device.
Your name will be written in a handwriting face.
Drag the signature into place; drag the corner to resize. You can place it on several pages.
How to use it
- Upload the PDF (to sign it yourself too, sign it first in «Sign a PDF»).
- Type your name, the signer's name, and your email if you want a notice.
- Send them the signing link on WhatsApp and keep your follow link.
- When they've signed, open your follow link and download the signed copy.
Questions
Is this a legally recognised signature?
It is a visible signature by link with a record: the signer's name, the time and the file's SHA-256 fingerprint are kept, and a record page is added at the end of the file. It suits everyday agreements between two parties. A certificate-based digital signature (such as UAE PASS) is different, and some official transactions require it.
Where is the file kept, and for how long?
On Elyoxe servers at Amazon (Mumbai region) for 30 days from sending, then deleted automatically. Only people with the link can open it.
Do you email the other party?
No — you send them the link on WhatsApp or any other way. You get an email when they sign, if you gave your address.
How do I check a file is the signed copy?
On your follow link, drop the file on «Check a file»: its fingerprint is compared with the one recorded at signing.
Any limits?
Files up to 10 MB, and 10 signature requests a day from the same device.
