Edit a PDF
Change existing text, add text, an image or a signature, erase text or images, and reorder pages by dragging: delete, rotate, duplicate, add a blank page or pages from another file — without the file leaving your device.
Your file never leaves your device — everything runs in your browser
Drag a page to move it.
Pages with an erase become an image, so what was under it is really gone and can't be copied. Without this, the erase only covers, and the text stays in the file.
How to use it
- Add the PDF — all its pages appear.
- Drag to reorder, or use each page's buttons: ✎ edit, ↻ rotate, ⧉ duplicate, × delete.
- In ✎: Edit text and tap a paragraph, or add text or an image, or Erase area and drag a box.
- Press Save.
Questions
Does erasing really remove the text?
With Remove for good (on by default), yes: a page with an erase becomes an image, so what was under it leaves the file. Without it the erase only covers, and the text beneath can still be copied — don't rely on it to hide ID or account numbers.
Can I change an existing word?
Yes: press ✎ on the page, then Edit text and tap the paragraph. Its words appear; change them and press Update text. The new text goes in its place at the same size and colour, though the font may not match the original exactly.
Can I insert a page from another file in the middle?
Yes. Pick the page to insert after, press From another file and choose a PDF or image. Its pages land after the chosen page, and you can delete the ones you don't want.
Do pages lose quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are — text stays text and images keep their quality — nothing is redrawn.
Is the file password-protected?
Locked files can't be edited. Open it with the password and save it unlocked first.
Is my file uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser.
