Dub a video
Add a video in any language and get it back dubbed into Arabic — simple Standard Arabic or Emirati dialect, in a Gulf voice — or into English. You can edit the translation before it's voiced, and the background music stays as it was.
How to use it
- Add the video (up to 5 minutes).
- Pick the language (Standard Arabic, Emirati, or English) and a voice (male or female) and press Translate.
- Review the sentences and edit anything — each sits on its own time.
- Press Dub — the video comes back with the new voice and the original music; download it.
Questions
What gets uploaded?
Only the sound (compressed), to be transcribed and translated by Gemini, and the text, to be voiced by Amazon Polly — we keep none of it. The video itself, the music separation and the mixing all happen in your browser.
Why is a sentence sometimes a bit faster?
The translation has to fit the time the speaker took; if it runs long we speed the voice up a little (up to 25%). Shorten a sentence yourself before dubbing for a calmer read.
Does the music stay?
Yes — the speaker's voice is separated from the music and the new voice goes over the music. Or choose to keep the original voice quietly underneath.
Limits?
Videos up to 5 minutes, and about 15 minutes of dubbed speech per person per day.
