Translate Word and PowerPoint
You have a presentation or a Word report in English and need it in Arabic (or the reverse) with the same slides, tables and formatting? Upload the file, pick the language, and get the same file translated: every text in its place, images, colours and fonts as they were, numbers and names kept. No copy-pasting slide by slide.
Your file stays on your device — except what you choose to send to «Fill it for me»
How to use it
- Upload a .docx or .pptx (up to 20 MB) and pick the target language.
- Press «Translate» — a text counter and progress appear.
- Download the translated file and open it in Word or PowerPoint; check alignment if the direction changed.
Questions
How does it keep the formatting?
The file is opened in your browser (docx and pptx are zip files of XML), only the texts are extracted and sent for translation in batches, then each translation is put back in its original text's place. Images, tables and fonts aren't touched or sent.
Left-to-right direction?
Text is translated in place but paragraph direction and alignment stay as they were; when translating into Arabic you may need to align right in Word or PowerPoint (select all, then align right).
Is the file uploaded?
The file itself, no; only the extracted texts are sent to the model and come back translated, and aren't stored. For sensitive files check your company's policy first.
Excel?
Not yet. For PDFs use the «Translate PDF» tool.
